Key Project Details
This renovation involved more than cosmetic updates. The existing home had several functional and safety issues that needed to be addressed while keeping the project within the client's budget. We redesigned the kitchen cabinet layout to accommodate a new dishwasher, coordinated electrical work to relocate the dryer connection next to the washer, and worked with our electrical subcontractor to replace an outdated electrical panel and bring the home's electrical system up to current standards. The master bathroom also required plumbing repairs due to leaks beneath a damaged and unusable shower, followed by installation of a new shower stall.
